25 Sun
Nel. Smith & I went to Glynde & took Nancy
to Lewes Hospital. Lovely day
few showers. Home about 8 p.m.
Drove thru lovely
lanes from Miss Brouneau's Cottage
Dr. Fawssett v. kind

26 Mon
Fred rang up. Jno. V. came in. I went
to dinner with him at Flemings & then
to 157 H.H. Home about 9 to hear A.A.S
had passed away. Lovely day.

27 Tues
Brought body home
to 22 Harley Rd. Mr & Mrs T. B. Smith
came. I stayed home & had a
trying day with Ethel. Miss Yates
& Laura Lowe there. Lovely walk
Fred wrote Beautiful letter.

28 Wed
Fred rang up.
Busy day at office with telegrams
& Hse of Commons. Mme.
Jalhay rang up to say good-
bye. To bed late & very tired
Lovely day. Called on Jno. early
