Ladies Sub Committee. The Ladies
sanction Kate Molloy's engagement as
Laundress to Mr Faithful of Goulburn
at 10s/ per week. Mrs. White a Christian
Lady from Auckland N.Z called
wishing to go over the Institution.
Mrs Goodlet took her round.
I went out after tea to inform Miss
Fowler that Mr Faithful's application
had been successful - returned by
half past nine & wrote to Mr Faithful.

Wednesday 7th
Mrs Tange of Ashfield called recruiting
a cook & Laundress she engaged Hannah
Forster waiting the consent of the Committee
being anxious to get supplied as soon
as possible I went to Mrs Goodlet about
it, gained her consent and returned
into town, called upon the Treasurer, and
Secretary, procured some articles at Mrs
Dawsons for the women's outfit, also
books, Hats & Trimmings. I left home
at 11 o clock returning by 2 o clock p.m.
Mrs Hughes called to see her sister, she
is still very comfortable in the situation
procured for her at Bondi. Mrs Caldwell
visited. Miss Holland went out this
evening. Mr Robins held a service.

Mr Faithfull called to say he should want
Kate on Tuesday morning next
