I recd yours this evening
covering letter addressed to you from J [Calloon? Calhoun?] Esqr.
President of the Board of [coms?] of Campbell County.
You will find inclosed the copy of a letter I addressed
to him on the 22nd Sept last in reply to his of the 5th
same month Which contd all the Information there in
my possession that was desired except that part
relating to the delivery of the Bond to them.
If it should be the opinion of the Attry General that
they are entitiled to the Bond in absence of a sale at
[per? par?] The Bank will deliver them at any time with
pleasure
Those Bonds are now prepared in the most acceptable
form possible and If a 5 pCent Bond could be sold
at [per? par?] in the united states I have no doubt those would
be taken
The agent of the Bank is now at New York and authorised
to sell them if [per? par?] can be obtained
