ed on the brawn of the left thumb with the letters
H T that he stand in the pillory two hours on the
7^th day of January next and two hours on the suc-
ceeding day - also that the said Tyree D Green be
imprisoned six months from this day - and it is
ordered by the Court - And it is ordered by the Court
that the Sheriff of Davidson County put this
judgment as to the whipping and branding in
execution, that is the whipping on the 5^th day of
January next and the branding on the 8^th day of
January next - and the said Tyree D Green is re-
mandid to jail.
