We do not see much of uncle Asa
and he does not write very often we
have not heard from him since
Dawn went home, he must be very
lone some with out her now.
Yesterday [illegible] came back
with the cow he would not sell it be
cause he could not get what his father
expected he would, he was almost
[illegible] to death whe hen he got here.
Amasa when ^went [illegible] way home with him
this morning to help him drive it
We have just got through our
history and commenced another we have
Frosts.
Miss Boy den I think that
she does not in tend to teach here
any more then this quarter then we
shall have to get another teacher.
