The society proceeded to the exchange and thereupon Thomas Brevard having failed to return his books No. 3. The society adjourn'd till meeting in course. Lebanon Thurs. 12th Feby 1819 William Steele is appointed to the chair & H. L. Douglass The society proceeded to the exchange of books Samuel David McMurry being absent and his books not being returned, John Forbes failed to forward the 9 vol. Finly & William Wilson are appointed inspectors with Capt Brevard heretofore appointed The society proceeded to the exchange and thereupon William Harris drew the first number -- Thomas Brevard having failed to return his books No. 3. It is ordered that he deliver them to Walter Carruth esqr within the time prescribed by the constitution. The society adjourn'd till meeting in course. H.L.
