Same -- Snowsqually & very cold & wintry -- 6 or 8 inches snow fell on Comstock this storm -- Jury completed this AM, & Genl Clarke, assistant U S Dist Atty made opening statement to the Jury for the prosecution -- Warren Noteware, chief clerk of the Mint occupied the PM with expert testimony on the books etc of the institution -- Comstock payroll for Feb-
