Dear Joan,

I'm so sorry I woke
you this morning but time
was of the essence & I was so
upset I forgot it was so much
earlier in Nevada than N.Y.

When I think of
how happy I was in Nevada
I really should have stayed on
after my divorce instead of
marrying George. To make a
long sad story longer & sader he
eventually managed to break
my hand. I was almost getting
used to his husbandly traits
