Supplemental Inventory of the separate property of Florence L. Varian, wife of Charles S. Varian, of Reno, in the County of Washoe, State of Nevada.

Know all men by these presents, that whereas by gift and other right not derived from my said husband in any way, I own and am possessed of certain personal property in the said County of Washoe and not heretofore included in the inventory made by me, to wit:

One Jersey Cow -- Maud -- of a light dun color. Now Therefore I, the said Florence L. Varian, wife of the said Charles S. Varian, do hereby publish make known and declare that the above mentioned and described personal property is my separate property; and the foregoing, together with original inventory made by me July 16, A.D. 1879, and recorded July, 17 A.D. 1879, on pages 23-4 in Book A of Inventories, Records of Washoe County, Nevada, are full and complete inventories of my separate property. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29 day of Nov, A.D. 1880.

Inventory of Separate Property of Mrs. S. L. McFarlin.

Know all men by these Presents, That I, Sarah L. McFarlin, wife of A. O. McFarlin, of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full, true and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift and otherwise, as provided by law, and now in my possession and under my control and care on the North west quarter of the Northeast quarter and the North East quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section Twenty three in Township Nineteen North, Range Nineteen East, M. D. B. & M. in said County of Washoe.

Inventory One span two year old colt; -- one bay, and one sorrel, not branded. Harness for said colts. One light wagon for two horses.

The foregoing Inventory is made under the provision of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife," approved March 10, 1873. Witness my hand and seal at Reno in said County, this Sixteenth day of December, A.D. 1880.

Know all men by these Present, That I, Nettie A. Merrill, wife of Charles H. Merrill, of Washoe County, State of Nevada, do hereby make and file for record in the Recorder's Office of Washoe County, Nevada this my inventory of my separate property, the same being the issues and profits of property and money owned by me before my marriage with said C. H. Merrill, to wit: One horse and light spring wagon; one set harness; about three hundred hens; four ducks; six hogs; four swarms bees; four turkeys; one incubator, and the chicken houses and out buildings and fences now being and situated on what is known as the George Fitch Ranch; and also all the house-hold and kitchen furniture and tools, etc. now on said Ranch.

Merrill, whose name is subscribed to the pre-fixed instrument as party thereto, personally known to me to be the same person described in and who executed the said annexed instrument as party thereto, and she acknowleged to me that she executed the same freely and voluntarily and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. Know all men by these Presents, That I, Louise Martin, wife L. H. Martin, of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete Inventory of my separate property exclusive of money in specie:

Inventory: The North half of the Northeast quarter of Section Twenty two in Township Nineteen North, Range Nineteen East, Monte Diablo base and meridian, containing eight acres according to the U.S. Survey; together with all the appurtenances appertaining thereto.

I further certify that with my own money I have made a payment of Forty Dollars to the State of Nevada on account of application to purchase the above described land, as shown by State Treasurer's Receipt No. 2002, dated Carson, Nevada Feb 7, 1881, and that I claim all the right to said land under said application as my separate property, under the provision of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife," approved March 10, 1873. Know all men by these presents, That I Eliza Lutz, wife of F. L. Lutz, of the County of Washoe, State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full, true and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift and otherwise as provided by law, and now in my possession and under my control and care in the House now occupied by me on the West end of Lot Two in Block T, fronting on West Avenue in Reno, County and State aforesaid, to wit.

Inventory: One Bed-room set, complete; one dining extension table; one bed lounge; two chromo's and one oil painting; three dining room chairs and one rocking chair; one kitchen table; one cooking stove, pipe and furniture and a lot of crockery; three lace curtains for windows, and the blinds; three carpets; three lamps; one sewing machine (Wilsons).
