rents, issues and profits thereof, to my sole and separate use: And whereas, by gift and other right I own and am possessed of certain other property, the same being personal property and being desirous of protecting my rights thereto in the manner and as provided by law, do make this, my full and complete inventory thereof, in the manner and as follows, to wit:

Inventory: Two black walnut dining room tables; Two black walnut chamber sets, complete, with mattresses, bedding, sheets and pillow cases &c. &c; Four tapestry carpets; one black walnut writing desk; one kitchen and two parlor stoves; One full set of silverware; Certificate 52 of the capital stock of the Reno Water Co., ten shares; Certificate 62 of the capital stock of the Reno Water Co., one hundred and seventy five shares; One large easy chair; six oil paintings, with frames; one set of dishes; one diamond locket; one diamond pin; two diamond rings:

Now therefore, I, the said Ida A. Evans, wife of Pierce Evans, do hereby publish, make known and declare the above described seal and personal estate my separate property, and that the foregoing inventory is complete of such property. On this 4' day of November, A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty two, before me, W. H. Young, Justice Peace, Reno Township, in and for said Washoe County, personally appeared Ida A. Evans, personally known to me to be the individual described in and who executed the annexed instrument: And the said Ida A. Evans having been by me made acquainted with the contents of said instrument, duly acknowleged to me on examination

Inventory of the separate Property of Martha J. Ferguson. Know all men by these Presents: That James A. Ferguson of Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, did in and by his certain Indenture, bearing date the 21' day of November, A.D. 1882, give, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto me, Martha J. Ferguson, his wife, of said place, certain real estate in the said Town of Reno in said Indenture and herein after described, for the consideration in said Indenture mentioned, the said property being conveyed to me by way of gift from my said husband, James A. Ferguson, which said real estate is particularly described as follows, to wit: All the certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the Town of Reno in said County and State, and being described on the official plan of said Town of Reno as follows, to wit: Lots Number Two (2) and Three (3); also fractional Lot Four (4), Block "G": Lot Five (5) in Block "B"; said Lot having a frontage fifty (50) feet on the north side of Fifth Street and running back at right angles in a northerly direction one hundred and forty (140) feet adjoining the Lot formerly owned and occupied by Murdoch Gillis in Conner's Addition to said Town: Also, Lot Six (6) in Block "B", on the corner of Fifth and Chestnut Streets, being fifty (50) feet fronting on Fifth Street, and running back at right angles in a Northerly direction one hundred and forty (140) feet, in Conner's Addition to said Town: Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Three (3),

and Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block Four (4) in Marsh's Addition to said Town: The undivided one half interest in Lots Nine (9), Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) in Block Four (4), Richardson's Addition to said Town: And one certain frame building standing on the corner of Sierra Street and Commercial Row, on the Lot belonging to Mary R. Fairchild: Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or anywise pertaining &c., with the rents, issues and profits of said premises, which are therein expressly reserved and conveyed to my sole and separate use: And whereas, by gift I own and am possessed of certain personal property, to wit the household goods, consisting of beds and bedding, chairs, lounges, carpets, stoves, piano, bedroom sets, tables, and other articles, all of which are in the house in which I now reside; one bay horse, one cow, one buggy, one spring wagon, one double and one single set of harness; a certain promissory note bearing date May 5' 1881, given to James A. Ferguson by M. M. Fredrick for the payment of $150.; another promissory note bearing date Feb 23', 1882, given to said James A. Ferguson by Frank Backus for the payment of $450; another promissory note bearing date April 10', 1882, given to said James A. Ferguson by Rufus and Malissa Buckley for the payment of $4000.; another promissory note bearing date May 22', 1882, given to James A. Ferguson by L. W. Wimberly for the payment of $200; and another promissory note bearing date Oct 23, 1882, given to James A. Ferguson by Samuel Dunne for the payment of $150.; all of which notes are secured by Mortgages, and together with the Mortgages have been duly assigned to me; and note given by J. W. Allen and C. Allen for the payment of $1000. Now Therefore, I the said Martha J. Ferguson, wife of the said James A. Ferguson, do hereby publish, make known and declare that the
