before me, John B. Williams, County Recorder in
and for said Washoe County, personally appeared
Exilda Deloushent, personally known to me to be
the individual described in and who executed the
annexed instrument, who duly acknowledged to
me that she executed the same freely and volun-
tarily, and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
Witness my hand and Official Seal, at Reno in
said County, the day and year in this Certificate
first about written.

Presents, That I, Minerva
Hooper, wife of Samuel
A. Hooper, of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe
and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare
the following to be a full, true and complete inventory
of my separate property, exclusive of money in
specie, acquired by me by gift and otherwise, and
with my own money.

Inventory:

The Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section Two in Township Nineteen North,
Range Nineteen East, M.D.B.&M., and in the
County of Washoe and State of Nevada, con-
taining forty acres of land, more or less, together
with all the tenements and appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and
