A forced Cabbage.
Take a large cabbage scoop out the inside then
take your meat, veal is best, as much bacon
as you think proper a sweet herbs & 1/4 lb
of suit one large onion chop all together very
fine, grate as much stale bread as will make
the ingredients pretty stiff, then take 6 eggs &
work all together till it is very light put in salt
& pepper to your taste, put in a handfull of the
cabbage which you have scooped out. after chop-
