The defendant John Taylor having claimed to said
Plffs. as undertaking with satisfactory sureties
to deliver over or pay the [?] of the property
[?] assets [?] is required to deliver
to the [?] by the order of this Court
recording this action on the 8th day of
July 1879 and to make such delivery or payment to the
Plff. and others settled thereto if final
judgement be [?] in this action
therefore it is hereby stipulated in behalf
of said Plffs. that the warrant to carry said
order into effect be discharged and
that said Plffs. will not enforce
the execution [?] against
said Taylor.
