11. Appointment and reports of successors to trustees

IN THE DISTRICT OF THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRIXT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF SALE LAKE, STATE OF UTAH.

In the matter of the estate of BRIGHAM YOUNG, Deceased.

REPORT OF SPECIAL TRUSTEES.

Come now ANGUS J. CANNON, SYLVESTER Q. CANNON, LEWIS T. CANNON, HUGH J. CANNON and JOHN M. CANNON, special trustees duly appointed by the Court on or about the 23rd day of December A.D. 1905, for the express and sole purpose of conveying to THE SALT LAKE INVESTMENT COMPANY, a corporation, all the right interest and title of the said decendent BRIGHAM YOUNG, at the time of his death, in and to the following described real estate situate in the County of Salt Lake State of Utah, to-wit;-

Commencing 80 rods East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of section three (3) in township one (1) South, of Range one (1) west, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence East forty four (44) rods; thence North twenty eight (28) rods; thence West forty four (44) rods; thence South twenty eight (28) rods, to place of beginning.

and respectfully report to the court that on the 28th day of April A.D. 1906 they executed and delivered to the said SALT LAKE INVESTMENT COMPANY, a corporation, a deed, duly referring to the order of this court appointing them as such trustees for such purpose, and authorizing and directing such transfer, conveying to said THE SALT LAKE INVESTMENT COMPANY, a corporation, all the right, interest and title in said above described premises held or owned by BRIGHAM YOUNG at the time of his death.

WHEREFORE your trustees pray that this report be approved, and they be discharged.

Cannon being first duly sworn depose and say that I am one of the trustees in the foregoing report of special trustees, that I have personal knowledge of the matters and things set our in the foregoing report, that I have read the same and know the contents thereof, and that the statements therein contained are true of my own knowledge John M. ORDER APPROVING REPORT AND DISCHARCHING SPECIAL TRUSTEES.

Now to-wit on this 12 day of May, A.D. 1906 the above matter coming on regularly for hearing on the report of ANGUS J. CANNON SYLVESTER Q. CANNON, LEWIS T. CANNON, HUGH J. CANNON and JOHN M. CANNON special trustees herein, appointed by the court on or about the 23rd day of December 1905 for the sole purpose of conveying to THE SALT LAKE INVESTMENT COMPANY, a corporation, all the right interest and title held by BRIGHAM YOUNG at the time of his death inand to the following described real estate situate in the County of Salt Lake state of Utah, to wit;-

Commencing 80 rods East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of section 3, in township 1 South, of range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian and running thence East 44 rods; thence North 28 rods; thence West 44 rods; thence South 28 rods to place of beginning.

And its appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the said trustees have complied with the said order of this court, and have duly executed and delivered to the said SALT LAKE INVESTMENT COMPANY, a deed in due form, conveying said interest in said real estate,

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the said report be and the same is hereby approved, and the said trustees discharged.
