cited to appear at the Court Room of said
Court at the Court House in Salt Lake
City on Friday the 12th day of April
1878 at 10 A.M. at which time and
place the petitions of T. W. Ellerbeck
and of others, sureties to your official
bonds as Executor of said Estate praying
to be released therefrom on account of
your future acts will be heard.
