Dear Sir:

The undersigned now respectfully asks to
withdraw his petition of 27th ult. in which he asked to be
"released from any responsibility on account of the future
acts of Albert Carrington as one the executors of the last
will and testament of the late Brigham Young, deceased" and
hereby declares his willingness and desire to retain and continue to
retain his incurred responsibility aforesaid until
further notice.
