of Brigham Young deceased
Order releasing
sureties et al.

W. H. Folsom F. Armstrong and T. W. Ellerbeck
having severally filed in this court appeared
[t?] to be released from responsibility on account
of the future acts of Albert Carrington one
of the executors of the estate of Brigham Young
deceased, on whose official bond each of the said
applicants are sureties the said Albert Carrington
appeared in court this day and waiving
the issuance of notice or citation in the
premises as provided for by law and consented that
the petitioners of the said applicants be presented
upon consideration of which, and the examination
of the bond of the said Albert Carrington
as executors of said estate the court
finds that the sureties remaining on said bond have
justified in the aggregate to the greater amount
than the amount of the bond required by the order
of this court such that said bond will be
as regards the sureties thereon of sufficient
amount after the said applicants shall be released
as prayed for and that no necessity
exists for requiring said executor to file
