and Albert Carrington each being duly sworn says:
I am the Trustee of the Estate of Brigham Young,
deceased. The foregoing account being filed as and
for my account of my administration of said
Estate is in all respects just and true, and according
to the best of my knowledge, information and
belief, contains a full, true and particular account
of said Estate from June 1st, 1882, to September
30, 1885, and of all sums of money belonging
to the said Estate which have come into my
hands as such Trustee, pr which have been
received by any other person, by my order or authority
for my use; and I do not know of any error
or omission in said account to the prejudice of any
person interested in the said Estate.
