In the Probate Court for the County of Salt Lake in the Territory of Utah.
In the matter of the Estate of Brigham Young deceased
On reading and filing the report of the Executors of the last Will of Brigham Young decd. bearing date the 20th day of January 1880, showing they have distributed the fund on hand for distribution, under and in accordance with the order of the Court bearing date the 17th day of November 1879; it is now ordered and adjudged that the said report, and the sale and distribution of property therein reported, be and the same are hereby approved and confirmed. And whereas the order of the Court made on the 17th of November 1879 directed and adjudged that said Executors should stand discharged as Executors upon making said distribution and filing the receipts therefor; it is further ordered and adjudged that said condition is now performed, and said Executors are discharged.

Territory of Utah County of Salt Lake ss
George Q. Cannon and Albert Carrington each being duly sworn says: I am the Trustee of the Estate of Brigham Young, deceased. The foregoing account being filed as and for my account of my administration of said Estate is in all respects just and true, and according to the best of my knowledge, information and belief, contains a full, true and particular account of said Estate from June 1st, 1882, to September 30, 1885, and of all sums of money belonging to the said Estate which have come into my hands as such Trustee, pr which have been received by any other person, by my order or authority for my use; and I do not know of any error or omission in said account to the prejudice of any person interested in the said Estate.
