Dear Sir:

I have followed the case of
Joe Hill I.W.W. song writer
very carefully, both thru
"thePress" and thru other
channels, and must confess
it was (To say the least) the
worst case of miscarriage
of justice that was ever
"pulled off" (and this is the
proper term to use) in an so
called "Court of Justice." The
Warden knows by this time
that he is "Convicted" long
before his case is called
if he happens to be caught
