To The . Governor of Utah,

We appeal to you in behalf of the Man By the name of Joseph Hilstrom
who is to be shot According to the laws of your State,

We understand that the Evidence was Circumstantial and have
the Opinion that the man is innocent and in his behalf we are only
appealing to your good Judgment ,

with the hope that you can see your way clear to intervene in this
case,
