Bill of Exceptions of John D. Lee, defendant.

Be it remebered that the above entitled
cause came on to be heard before the Hon.
Jacob S. Boreman, Judge of the Second Judicial
Disctict in and for Utah Territory. At the
City of Beaver in Beaver County. On the
21st day of July AD 1875. When the following
proceedings were had.
