Body that S. J. R. No. 1 by Mrs. Hayward, entitled,
"A JOINT RESOLUTION RATIFYING AN AMMENDMENT TO THE
CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, PROPOSED BY THE JOINT
RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF
THE UNITED STATES, PROVIDING THAT THE RIGHT OF CITIZENS
TO VOTE SHALL NOT BE DENIED OR ABRIDED ON ACCOUNT OF
SEX", has been signed in open session by the President and is herewith transmitted to the House for the signature of the Speaker.
