No. 1 by Mrs. Hayward entitled "A JOINT RESOLUTION RATIFYING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, PROPOSED BY THE JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE UNITED STATES, PROVIDING THAT THE RIGHT OF CITIZENS TO VOTE SHALL NOT BE DENIED OR ABRIDGED ON ACCOUNT OF SEX" has been signed in open session by the Speaker and is herewith returned to the Senate.
