I, Harden Bennion, Secretary of State of the State of

correct copy of a JOINT RESOLUTION adopted by the SIXTY-SIXTH
CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES, proposing an amendment to the
Constitution EXTENDING THE RIGHT OF SUFFAGE TO WOMEN, now on
file in my office, as certified by Frank L. Polk, Acting Secretary
of State.
