29th proceeded to Urgeira 2 leagues, within ½ league of Sabugal. it is a small place with a curious Castle I went to see where the battle was fought, & in my way home took a swim in the Coa
30th proceeded to Villa Toro a small village 2 leagues distant built on rocks, where as on the preceding nights, we lay just outside the town
31st we received an order to march into cantonments accordingly our Reg.t marched into Villa Toro where we were led to expect we would likely remain for some time when at 3 o’clock P.M. we were ordered to march to [Marmohero] above a league distant
