Communication of E. A. Wingfiled Re: Pavement in front of his property
The following was referred to the City Manager with power to act:

To the City Commissionere, July 13, 1923.
Charlottesville. Va.

Gentlemen:
The Undersigned hereby makes application for a permit to construct a
pavement in the City Street in front of my property on East Main Streer, and meeting
the new pavement now under construction. The proposed pavement will have a width of
approximately 9 feet, and a length of approximately 100 feet.

I further petition the City to furnish me with 100 lineal feet of stone
curb, complete in place.

Permit granted Mr. C. C. Taylor.
Upon motion by Mr. Brown seconded by Mr. Morris a permit was granted Mr.
C. C. Taylor to erect an addition to his property # 500 West Main Street, and the
papers pertaining thereto be recorded.
