Colonel Grymes, Colonel Willis Mr. Burwell, and some others have promised their Assistance to made turn a very early ship; and you my depend on my doing all I can towards it. If the Part I have Acted in the determining the ships staying in the Country should be disagreeable to you, I shall be very sorry for it. I gave the best Opinion I could, which I avoided giveing [giving] at all, till I was desired over & over again to do it. I intend by some latter ship to let you know how much of the Pages Tobacco you may expect in her, that you may make such Insurance as you think proper for tho' I take yours to be a very good ship, yet such Caution may be very necessary at that Rough Season of the year.

I am

Sir

Your most Humble Servt. [Servant]
