kind wishes and congratulations.
Of course I would think
so but surely old fellow
I am to be congratulated.

Thanks for your
great kindness in inviting
me to come [that?] and inspect
"Stock Yards" &c. Surely we
would love to do so but
I fear will have to skip
you this time. Honestly we
would enjoy it but our
"schemes" are pretty thoroughly
