devise means for the improvement of the patronage of
the College.

June 27.

The following resolutions were adopted as a substitute for
the report of the Committee on improvement of grounds &
building.

Resolved, That the Campus be entrusted to the Faculty
for the ensuing year

Resolved, That the Board of Trustees order improve-
ments in the way of repairs upon the College building to the
amount of $1250, more or less, to be regulated and controlled
by a building Committee hereafter to be appointed.

The following appointed as Committee on improvement of
the College building: W. T. Walters, W. H. Avera, W. G. Simmons,
J. H. Mills, J. S. Purefoy, & A. R. Vann.
