1 & went out shooting with
Fred Hammond but saw
nothing to shoot. Alick & the
Gov. come home at about 9 p.m.

SUNDAY, 8
Fine day. Stayed at home all
day with Dick. Hen Givins to
lunch. Walked into town
with Alick & Hen in evening.

MONDAY, 9.
Got up early & went to Toronto
with Alick on [B.N.C.?] purchase.
Got a new satchel there. Got
home at about 9 p.m. G.T.R.

Fine day. Out shooting before
breakfast. Got only two larks.
Sent Bill's Life to Alick. Gov.
home at night from Aldboro'.

THURSDAY, 12
Get up a petition for Jos. Kennedy's
release from Penitentiary.
