3rd Being so fond of the society of the white people

4th I have no particular objection [that?] I should be restricted
in the quantity of land that I would get providing I do
not get too small a quantity. I would accept 35 acres
which would be a good deal less than what the rest of
the [Indians?] are to get and less than what I should have
by right.

5th I shall not decide to take advantage of the Act
untill [until] steps are taken by the Department that [might?] enable
me to become free & independent [illegible words crossed out] --
[Lastly?] I am [requested] [crossed out] ordered [written above] to state that my Brother William is in the same position as I am, & [desires?] [and?] asks
to be favored with same previleges [privileges] that I am
