At the request of Lord Bryce, I enclose
herewith a translation of a letter which he wishes
me to lay before you, and which he will be glad to
have reach the eyes of the President—a letter which
Lord Bryce has received from Constantinople on the
situation of the Armenians in Asiatic Turkey.
