1 Moderate & fresh breeze S. east to light south wind these 24 hours with rain during 24 hours - Sea very rough - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.60 to 29.84 - Keeper went to Toledo on important business - Left sta at 9 A.M. - 1st asst went to Newport after supplies.

2 Light wind to moderate breeze south these 24 hours with light rain showers - Sea very rough - General duties for day - Barometer 30.10 to 30.07 today.

3 Light S. east wind these 24 hours with fair weather - Sea moderately smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 30.15 to 29.95. 1st asst working in shop - 2nd asst went to Newport after supplies and important business - Keeper returned to the sta at 9:30 A.M.

4 Fresh breeze east to south and light west wind these 24 hours with rain first part of 24 hours - Last part of 24 hours frequent rain showers - Sea rough - General duties for day - 1st asst repairing pump in kitchen - 2nd asst repairing lock on door in dwelling.

10 Light east wind these 24 hours with clear fine and warm weather - Sea little rough - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.92 - Keeper showing two visitors in tower - 2nd asst cleaning in his quarters - 1st asst went to Toledo on important business & get supplies - Left sta at 9:15 A.M.

11 Fresh breeze & light east wind these 24 hours with fair and warm weather - Sea very smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.82 - 2nd asst went to Newport after mail and supplies - U.S. Light-House Tender Heather arrived off the Yaquina Bar at 7:30 A.M. and passed the station going north at 8 A.M. - 1st asst returned to the station at 7 P.M. from Toledo.

12 Light east wind to moderate and fresh breeze south these 24 hours with fair weather and cloudy - Sea quite smooth - General duties for the day - Barometer 29.80 to 29.88 - 1st asst went one mile from sta after beech to make fence in garden.

13 Fresh breeze to light south wind these 24 hours - First part of 24 hours rain showers - Last part of 24 hours cloudy and fair weather - Sea quite rough - Barometer 29.92 - General duties for the day - Keeper showing three visitors in the tower - 2nd asst went to Newport after mail & supplies - 1st asst went to Toledo on important business. Left sta at 10 A.M.
