18 Fresh breeze north these 24 hours with heigh dry fog - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.18 to 30.12 - 1st asst working in shop and garden and showing 14 visitors in the tower - 2nd asst painting in work shop & store house - Keeper went to Newport after mail & supplies.

19 Fresh breeze north these 24 hours with fair weather & heigh dry fog - Sea smooth - Barometer 30.12 to 30.05 - General duties for the day - 1st asst painting in his quarters & working in garden - 2nd asst painting in store house - Keeper working on annual report & working in garden.
