To the Register of the Chancery
Court of the Twenty Third Chancery District
in the Middle Chancery Division

Upon the the [sic] within complainant
giving bond in the penal sum of fourteen
thousand five hundred and fifty dollars
with good security payable to Daniel Tur-
nipseed -- conditioned to have the several negro
slaves named in teh action of detinue brought
by the said Daniel against the said Hugh
and now pending on the Circuit Court of
Pickens County forthcoming to abide such or-
ders or decrees as May be made in the prem-
ises and to pay all such costs and damages as
the sd Daniel may sustain by the wrongful suing
out of sd Injunction then ifue [?] a unit of in-
junction directed to the sd Daniel his agents
and attorneys and all other persons enjoining
him and them to forbear further to prosecute
said action of detinue and an action of debt
now pending in teh sd Circuit Court founded
on a sealed note for $888.99- and also all of a -
certain otehr action upon another sealed note for
$956.99. except the sum of $452.72 part of
sd sealed note & interest on sd $452.72 from the ma-
