7/9 — If I survive this trip — never again! Aanother big gale lots of water [?] over the deck. Too scared to be sea sick. Boat is taking a pounding. And no end in sight. If we lose power we will be helpless.
We cannot hear any weather report clearly enough to know what the weather will be. I hope there is no hurricane behind this weather, but what ever it is its a large system moving slowly and we are moving with it. I guess that [Azore] high has been broken up. Without that in front of us we will have very unstable + stormy weather.

What is the point of worrying its all in the hands of the gods — Slowly + very uncomfortably I am getting rid of my blocks. A terrible trial of endurance for me.
