her mother had been suddenly called East to a relative
who was dying & so they had not gotten down yet
to see me – I was only there until Tuesday at
3 pm so they had not much chance. Her mother
had left for the East either Monday or Sunday
night.

Well darling boy I am so glad you had such an
interesting trip. I will try to find Frances
Underwoods address for you to call up if
you cannot get to see her. I am not sure
that the one I gave was correct.
