well-well every girl had
a soldier beau – ? some
to the near by confectionary
and some down town
and the girls of the 1st
Ill Volunteers (of which
my sister and I belong)
including my sister,
they all drilled with
the boys. So their time
spent was in a very
miscellaneous manner.

missed by not being
on that train – but
maybe you had better
