to have had any new attack from it, but says
that the Dr had been looking over the records & finding
his advised is taking a treatment, as it is considered
necessary periodicaly they say. We feel a little anxious
however as he had had dengue fever again –

Well dearest perhaps when this reaches you you
will be in France – Write & tell us all about
it as often as you can – I know you will –
War news very [underlined] encouraging. Govt wants to draft all
men from 18 to 45 – & say by next year if that is done we
can force a decision wherever we wish – we hope so
perhaps even better than that – We are pretty
well. & trying to be happy – What a horrid time you had
in N.Y. I hope it did not make you sick. Fondest love
