the New Mexico, I believe. He has already
set up a radio for Helen at the ranch.
He certainly looks well. His face seems
so full etc.

Dick is having target practice off
San Clemente Island and Lesley does not
know what he's going to do this summer.
May come up for a few weeks.

Dear little Mary Helen and Dickie are as
sweet as ever. They certainly are lovely little things.

Am enclosing a Buford pamphlet. Should
you know anyone who might be interested dont
hesitate to show it. The Buford just returned
from the South Seas and a month in the
movies. Buster Keaton chartered it for a film.

Both Martha and Helen have bobbed their
hair. Both look well.

Business is poor at present. Hurry up
and get started. Make a million — I need
some money. Life Insurance is due.

Feel sure that you both will have a lovely
outing at Aunt Anna's. Give her my love. Phillip
too.

Again wishing you our sincere best wishess
for a bright and happy future and upon your
graduation from Cornell.

With fond love to you all from Martha, Mary Helen,
Dickie and myself. As ever
Your loving brother
Jocelyn.
