went accross the Ozark Mts.
all we saw was barefooted
people. I do not believe
they knew what it is to
wear a pair of shoes.
Indiana was the prettiest
state I think I ever expect
to see. Words certainly
cannot describe it. I would
surely like to take an
automobile trip thru it.
There is surely a million
and one towns in that state
to. All thru that country
the people would be out
with flags and horns
to meet us. I wish you
could have seen the
factory windows when
we went thru Kansas City
