Somewhere in England

Dearest Lela and all! -

The "Y" just opened so
will drop you a few lines
while I have time. Am at
present in what is known as
a rest camp, "somewhere in
England," but do not expect
to remain very long. Will
be in France before very
long.

Have passed thru some
wonderful country during the
past few days, but was
terribly disappointed in the
people. One would never know
the Americans were over here
to read an English paper.
You should see the boys
counting English money. I am
not having any trouble as I
