Had breakfat at the Chinese
Umbrella. Went shopping. Went
to Lloyds & got coat fixed. Went
to 21 Rue Rayunard & got orders
to leave the next morning.
Had a big 65 franc dinner.
Saw the sights of Paris and
champain caust us much
money. Much to our sorrow
it was a very expensive
evening. Returned to the Grand
very late.

Friday August 3, '17.

Missed our train in the morning
because we went to the wrong
station. Had no tickets or orders
of movements. Dick got a
general to fix us up and
we followed the other three
boys on a train leaving
an our later than theirs.
