at home. (More cat stories.) I do not
know how long we will stay here but
hope it will be some time. Before we
reached this sector we had a couple
days hike and camped in some woods.
On our way we hiked along a river
bank for quite a distance and it
sure reminded me of the Sacramento
River.

To day it is nice and warm but
we have not seen the sun for a couple
of days as it was gloomy weather and
raining. There are lots of wild black
berries here but they are not yet ripe
so we can't make any jam.

I just received a couple letters
from mother and she is planing to
go up to Cloverdale for a week or two
and I hope she can make it. The
change will do her good and relieve
her of some of her worries. I am glad
to hear that you enjoyed your auto
