who, while he is thoroughly aware of the sins committed against his Maker, for the want of early training, is entirely un-acquainted with the merciful disposition of that Maker to pardon the repentant sinner. I ask his longer continuance on Earth, hoping & believing that he may be better prepared for treading the dark valley that separates this life from that which is everlasting.

I have been here but a little while and only got admittance to the Convict to-day
