Blacker & Blesing letter of explanation with account for parts supplied to S/M Truck purchased by the Council from
CH Lear. Also a/c for same and for Kelly & Lewis pump supplied to F F Unit at Cummins
The a/c's were passed for payment

Hire
CK Ritchie tendered for hire of 30 HP Tractor & driver for road work @ 12/3 per hour.
KE Harris tendered for hire of TD9 Tractor and Dozer 40 HP and
driver @ 35/- per hour
Mr Ritchies tractor was considered too light for work required
and Overseer is to see Harris and see if arrangements can
be made for some road work to be done
