I am instructed by my
Council to communicate with you
concerning the Closed roads which
you leased and paid the rent for
to the Council up to the

My Council desires me to write and
ask you if you intend to renew
your lease and pay the rent of such
roads for the year ending the
day of 1902.
My Council will be glad of an
early reply as in the event of your
deciding not to renew your lease
then they must in the interest of
the Council take such further
Action in the matter as is provided
