4 Resolved That it shall be the duty of esch trus
tee in connection with the treasurer to visit
the school house of his proper ward at as early
a day as possible and investigate the condi
tion of the building fencess & c and estimate
the amount of repairs immediately required
and report the same at the next meeting of
the board
After a general interchange
of views as to the best measures to be adopted
for the advancement of the school interests of
the city the board adjourned to meet at the
office of the treasurer on Friday evening the
31st inst.
