To Make Oyster [Loaves]
Fry the French

To make White Current Wine

Two Gallons of water, to one Gallon of Juice
3 pound of Sugar to a Gallon, strain it
put it in a cask, & when you think it
has worked Enough, put in a Quart of
Brandy to Seven Gallons if you make
but a small cask rather less sugar will do

To make Lavender Water

To a Quart of [Reetifyd] Spirits of wine
put half an ounce of oil of Lavender,
and six penny worth of Ambergrease
you must disolve the Ambergrease by
rubbing it in the morter with a little of
the Oyl let it stand five or six days
shaking it well four or five times a Day,
then Philter it off; given me by Robert Pratt esquire
